My favourite part of visiting a school is helping to support teachers by understanding their pain points and helping to solve them. One thing I'm hearing a lot about from schools at the moment is how increased workload is putting pressure on teaching staff, so they are delighted when I can show how we can help ease this with our range of resources.

My favourite thing about visiting a school is reconnecting with the teachers using our products. As an ex-teacher I miss the buzz of the classroom, and it's really great to know how our resources are helping students and teachers alike. One thing I'm hearing a lot about from schools at the moment is how they are balancing limited budgets with best meeting the ever-increasing complex needs of their students.

What I enjoy most about visiting a school is meeting teachers, librarians, and students who are passionate about books and learning. One thing I'm hearing from schools at the moment is the challenge of balancing increasing curriculum and assessment demands whilst also the need to support the wellbeing of students.

My favourite part of visiting a school is meeting staff, building strong relationships, and hearing about how effective our products are, and the difference they make. One thing I'm hearing from schools at the moment is they're prioritising robust data that demonstrates pupil progress, so they can provide clear evidence to governors and Ofsted.

My favourite thing about visiting a school is meeting different people and helping shape the learning for the pupils and staff. One thing I'm hearing a lot about from schools at the moment is the need for CfE mapped resources to help teachers manage their workload better and for the pupils to be engaged whilst learning.

One thing I'm hearing from schools at the moment is that maths is a huge focus. We are happy to help and have the new product, Winning with Numbers – It’s like Phonics for Maths.

What I enjoy most about visiting a school is hearing hearing directly from teachers about what’s working in their classroom and where the real challenges are. One thing I'm hearing from schools at the moment is the growing pressure to meet curriculum expectations while also supporting student wellbeing, attendance, and engagement. Many staff are looking for practical, flexible solutions that save time without compromising impact.

My favourite part of school visits is hearing about how Hachette Learning resources are having an impact on children’s learning, and reducing the time it takes teachers to plan and assess. I love sharing new resources and feeling the excitement teachers have because they trust that our resources will help them and their pupils.

One thing I'm hearing from schools at the moment is concerns around engagement and supporting students with increasingly diverse learning needs.
