Hachette Learning is proud to announce that the World Association of Chefs Societies (Worldchefs) has accredited our latest digital teaching and learning resources, Hospitality and Catering Boost Learning.
The accreditation means the global and respected industry body of professional chefs has identified our Boost product as meeting the demands of modern hospitality organisations and helps train apprentice chefs to the highest standards.
