I have no doubt my district will improve significantly in Mathematics and problem solving after the introduction of the 'Problem Solving in Mathematics' series to all grades. I particularly love the introductory chapter which allows much scope for a healthy discussion by teacher and students to boost a deep appreciation for problem solving and Mathematics in general.
The new edition of the "Essential Principles of Business" book is more detailed and yet at the same time is written simply and to the point for students to understand. It is also very colourful, which makes reading it more attractive as students often complain when books have no pictures and is in all black and white. It has a good variety of review questions and activities as well. It is also helpful that it follows the new syllabus and contains content to suit.
